Job Summary
Engagement Success Manager for a defined Territory focused on retaining and expanding revenue with close collaboration to the Territory Leader. Responsible for managing the engagement of legal talent with clients, creating community among engaged talent, surfacing insights to drive revenue and net revenue retention, ensuring successful completion of engagements with cross-functional teams (Business Operations and Billing), supporting revenue-related matters, driving expansion with Client Account Executives, and assisting with audits and risk-management questionnaires. The role requires managing a variety of operational tasks with high attention to detail, and strong cross-team communication. Requires 1+ years in services-driven roles (e.g., client development/account management/client success/sales/recruitment in a professional services environment) and legal work eligibility in the UK. Familiarity with PowerPoint reporting, data analysis, and building stakeholder relationships is expected. Accommodations for disabilities are available upon request.
