Job Summary
Engagement Specialist for SMBs focused on scalable onboarding and engagement initiatives at Wellhub. Responsible for designing and implementing scalable engagement plans to maximize employee adoption of Wellhub, developing communication plans, monitoring KPIs, improving recovery actions for under-engaged clients, and acting as PMO for SMB engagements. Requires CRM automation expertise, data-driven decision making (Looker experience a plus), and strong cross-functional collaboration with onboarding and client success teams. Must be based in São Paulo (Brazil) and available to visit the office about once per week; hybrid/remote work options are discussed with recruiter. Proactively drives scalable, automated solutions to enhance customer engagement throughout the journey; strong analytical, planning, and communication skills are essential.
