Job Summary
Engagement Specialist II works with staff to support the library's strategic goals by assisting customers and delivering relevant programs and services inside and outside the library; assigned to the Ralph Ellison Library in Oklahoma City, OK; 20 hours per week; schedule includes Tue/Wed 9-1, Fri 8-12, Sat 8-5; Bachelor’s degree required with at least one year of customer service experience; responsibilities include program planning, implementation, evaluation, and building sustainable community relationships; position is half-time and non-exempt under FLSA; benefits package available.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science from an accredited college or university; and One year of customer service experience.
