Engagement Officer

Manage employee listening mechanisms including pulse surveys, focus groups, floor walk sessions, and feedback forums to analyze sentiment and identify drivers of morale and attrition. Design and execute engagement campaigns and site initiatives such as town halls, recognition ceremonies, and wellness programs to promote a positive, inclusive workplace culture. Develop and manage employee recognition and reward programs while partnering with Operations, HR, and Training teams to implement localized action plans and embed engagement touchpoints during onboarding. Facilitate Employee Resource Groups to strengthen diversity and belonging, then track metrics like survey scores and participation rates to evaluate effectiveness and recommend improvements to leadership.
