Job Summary
Engagement Marketing Manager at Carrum to own employer marketing strategy, partner with Client Success to support HR and benefits leaders with data-backed activation strategies, and serve as the marketing lead for a portfolio of employer clients. Responsibilities include turning data into direction via behavioral signals and engagement trends, shaping and orchestrating campaigns with audience/messaging/channel strategy, connecting marketing to the member journey from awareness to enrollment to active use, driving precision marketing with geo-based and service-specific messaging, collaborating across Automation, Data, Content, Product, and Care teams to test and improve, translating campaign results into insights that impact registrations and engagement, building scale by codifying effective approaches into repeatable playbooks, and supporting growth initiatives through employer and member perspectives in new product launches. The role emphasizes a remote-first environment with U.S.-based teams and activity across multiple health-tech and benefits domains, including collaboration with partners such as hospitals and large employers, and offers a salary range of $110,000-$140,000 plus equity and annual bonus.
