Engagement Marketing Manager - Banking & Loyalty

Job Summary
Lead the marketing strategy for deepening engagement across Cash App products and accelerating banking adoption. Design and own multi-quarter programs that connect spending, saving, and lending incentives, partnering with Product on offers and eligibility prompts, and shaping the broader portfolio of incentives. Build an opportunity framework for audience segments and triggers, run rigorous experimentation across high-leverage levers, and perform self-serve performance analysis to size programs and diagnose impact. Influence cross-functional teams (Product, Analytics, Martech, Creative, Brand) and push AI-driven decisioning to evolve customer programs. Emphasize program-level ownership over journeys and deliver measurable business impact in retention and gross profit.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM, growth marketing, growth strategy, business operations, loyalty / rewards programs, or a consumer-facing analytical role in a B2C tech environment
- Experience designing and running multi-quarter programs end-to-end, strategy through measurable impact
- Strong analytical self-sufficiency; data modeling or opportunity sizing frameworks; SQL
- Hands-on experience with CRM or marketing automation platforms (e.g., Braze, Iterable, Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
- Experience driving growth or engagement for banking, card, or other financial services products
- Familiarity with regulated or trust-sensitive products (fintech/financial services)
- Technologies: Braze, Iterable, Mode, Tableau, SQL, AI tools for strategy and automation
