Job Summary
Engagement Manager at Workday (Sana in Workday) will lead and operationalize complex enterprise software implementations for global customers within the Sana team, partnering with customer-success, solution engineering, and deployments to design, solve, and roll out learning-oriented AI-driven solutions. The role emphasizes learning-led transformation, stakeholder engagement at C‐level, and delivering measurable impact across diverse industries. You’ll manage scope, timelines, budgets, and cross-functional collaboration to drive adoption and customer outcomes, while aligning with a mission to change how the world learns. A background in enterprise software implementation, management consulting, or professional services, strong project/program management skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work with international and cross-cultural teams are essential. Required Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of progressively responsible experience in Enterprise software implementation, management consulting, or customer success / professional services roles
- Direct experience leading complex implementation projects in medium or large enterprises with responsibility for scope, timeline, budget, stakeholder management, and outcomes
- Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Business, Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related field; Master’s degree preferred but not required
- Fluency in English is mandatory; additional languages are a plus
