Engagement Manager for Cochlear’s DC/MD/VA territory responsible for executing industry-leading medical device B2C sales using advanced sales techniques to hit territory revenue targets. Embedded with local consumer marketing, candidate nurture, and community relationships to grow Cochlear implantable technology adoption. Responsibilities include educating candidates and professional partners about Cochlear products, managing events, mentoring volunteers, coordinating candidate education days, and providing market intelligence. Travel up to 60% with overnight stays; requires a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and 2-3 years of experience; bilingual English/Spanish preferred; must reside in the territory and have a valid driver’s license with access to reliable vehicle. Proficiency with Salesforce and other sales tools (Miller Heiman purple sheets, Communication Pathway, Schedule Once, Ava, Show Pad) is expected. The role emphasizes strategic territory planning, budgeting and cross-functional collaboration with schools, audiologists, surgeons, and CPNTM to drive growth and brand adoption in Cochlear’s implantable hearing solutions.
