Job Summary
Engagement Manager at CUBE84 responsible for building strong client relationships, overseeing end-to-end IT project delivery, leading teams, and driving Salesforce adoption. Act as the bridge between clients and delivery teams (Business Analysts, Developers, and stakeholders), ensuring alignment of goals, timelines, and budgets while identifying opportunities for expanding client engagements and long-term partnerships. Requires demonstrated leadership, strategic thinking, and ability to facilitate discussions, resolve conflicts, and present solutions clearly to stakeholders. Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems and Salesforce clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Nonprofit Cloud, Marketing Cloud, CPQ) is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in managing IT projects with a focus on client engagement
- 2+ years of Salesforce experience with hands-on involvement in implementations
- Skilled in Project Management and People Management
- Proven track record in managing diverse client portfolios and leading high-performing teams
- Excellent facilitation, conflict resolution, and persuasive presentation skills
