Job Summary
Work with senior customer stakeholders to comprehend business goals, processes, and expectations. Develop customer proposals demonstrating clear needs, objectives, and commercial constructs. Create engagement strategies, present findings to team members, and conduct quality management oversight of project deliverables. Generate content for business development opportunities and actively build networks through social media, seminars, and referrals. This role supports R&D Advisory Group clients in optimizing life science operations across research, clinical, regulatory, and quality domains. You will help organizations navigate changes in operating models, strategy, and technology.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in life science or business
- Extensive experience in consulting management in the life sciences, pharmaceutical/biotech consulting industry, or equivalent industry role
- Experience working with one or more R&D operational roles either in industry or consulting
- Engagement management experience
- Strong presentation and business development skills
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree in life sciences or business
- Experience in Regulatory processes, operations and technology, Registration Information Management (RIM) and the implementation/business implications of RIM Suites (e.g., Veeva Vault)
- Experience of the organizational impact of other significant regulations (e.g., IDMP, EU CTR)
- Experience in clinical processes, operations and technology (e.g., Veeva, Oracle, Medidata) and the organizational impact of new clinical operating models (e.g., decentralized clinical trials (DCT))
