Engagement Manager

Engagement Manager in Brisbane (Fortitude Valley) with hybrid working setup. Build and manage partnerships with community organisations and industry partners to create and secure high-quality student placement opportunities across Queensland. Act as a trusted partner to placement providers and collaborate with academic staff to align placements with course requirements and student needs. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining stakeholder relationships, identifying and negotiating placement opportunities, supporting students throughout their placement journey, gathering feedback to improve outcomes, addressing placement challenges, maintaining records for strategic planning, and contributing to growth through strategic placement planning. Ideal candidates will have strong networking and relationship-building skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, a proactive, solutions-focused approach, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and experience in community services, not-for-profit, health, training, education, or human services sectors. A qualification in Community Services, Social Work, Management, Education, or related discipline is desirable but not essential.
