Job Summary
Engagement Manager in the Transportation practice leads project delivery and client engagement for mobility, aerospace, rail, and related industrial sectors. Responsibilities include managing execution of project modules (hypotheses development, data collection, model creation and analyses), supporting Partner group in high-quality case delivery, owning and developing executive client relationships, presenting to senior audiences, and coaching consultants to build capabilities. The ideal candidate has 5-7 years in strategy consulting and/or relevant transport industry experience, strong analytical/problem-solving skills, demonstrated team leadership, and excellent communication for senior stakeholder engagement. Travel willingness is required.
Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate or advanced degree from a top academic program
- Willingness to travel
- 5-7 years of experience in strategy consulting and/or aviation, aerospace, rail and transportations industry experience
- Strong conceptual problem-solving skills
- Analytical aptitude (data-driven problem solving)
- Track record of leading and managing teams
- Outstanding communication skills; comfortable presenting to senior executives
