Job Summary
Engagement Manager responsible for overseeing engagement and team-building efforts, end-to-end project management of events and employee engagement activities, and corporate social responsibility initiatives. Role includes managing site culture, developing and delivering the calendar of activities, coordinating communications, supporting data collection for engagement initiatives, and budget management across multiple sites. Requires experience in planning and organizing engagement initiatives, basic to advanced knowledge in digital arts (photography, videography, graphic design), financial management capabilities, and a proactive, team-oriented approach in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical thinking, negotiation skills, and the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels are essential.
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of related working experience in customer experience operations and as a management specialist
- Knowledge in financial management
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to quickly assess problems and decide on a course of action
- Flexibility and openness to learning
- Good teamwork and collaboration
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Track record of meeting and delivering targets
