Engagement Manager

Manage and lead all client engagements by maintaining frequent contact to keep abreast of ongoing fund activities and managing client expectations. Supervise the Fund Controller and Associate regarding fund accounting, capital account maintenance, and financial statement preparation, while overseeing the audit and tax preparation process. Review all communications to clients and investors on an ongoing basis and manage engagement efficiency by balancing client needs with staff utilization. Assist with sourcing new clients, issuing proposals, and overall business development while mentoring and training junior staff members. This role supports Standish's specialized fund administration services for private equity, venture capital, and real estate managers.
