Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in IT services, consulting, or project delivery
- Demonstrated experience managing AI, ML, or Generative AI projects
- Strong understanding of LLMs, chatbots, NLP, and AI-powered automation
- Experience working with cross-functional technical teams
- Excellent client communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Solid knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and project management methodologies
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Desired Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with GenAI platforms (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Google Vertex AI, etc.)
- Understanding of Prompt Engineering, RAG, and LLM-based applications
- PMP or Scrum certification
- Previous experience in consulting or client-facing delivery roles
