Job Summary
Engagement Manager at Bryant Park Consulting leads NetSuite implementations, managing a team of up to 10 consultants, serving as Sponsor, Architect or Project Manager on strategic engagements, guiding discovery, requirements, design, and data migration, collaborating with in-house developers to deliver custom NetSuite solutions, controlling scope and budget, leading UAT/SIT/EUT activities, and contributing to business development in a fully remote environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Advanced degree in Business, Accounting, Computer Science, or Information Systems
- 6+ years of hands-on NetSuite configuration and consulting/administration experience
- 8+ full life cycle NetSuite implementations
- NetSuite Certifications heavily preferred - ERP Consultant, Administrator
- Strong interpersonal communication, conflict resolution, and change management skills
- Strong organizational, project management, and time management skills
- Ability to manage client and team interactions and communicate with technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong background in finance/accounting, supply chain, consulting services, and/or industry-specific experience
- Designing end-to-end solutions with SuiteCloud Platform tools (SuiteBuilder, SuiteFlow, SuiteScript, SuiteTalk)
- Data migration plan familiarity and go-live data loads
- Leadership of teams and virtual work environments
