Job Summary
Engagement Manager for a mid-market portfolio, owning the end-to-end client journey from rollout through adoption, expansion, and renewal. You’ll build tailored success plans, drive adoption through enablement and trusted advisory relationships, lead renewals and growth conversations, monitor health signals to protect retention, and mentor Associates. You’ll collaborate with Product and Legal Engineering to turn client feedback into product and engagement insight, and you’ll help build and refine Legora’s playbooks in a fast-scaling, in-office environment in Downtown San Francisco.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in management consulting, client advisory, a customer-facing role in B2B SaaS, or the legal field, owning client relationships.
- Track record of driving adoption, retention, and expansion.
- Strong stakeholder instincts and EQ — comfortable engaging at all levels of a client organization.
- Exposure to legal teams, regulated industries, or legal tech a plus; curiosity to learn complex environments fast.
- Builder who automates — fluent with AI, creating leverage by building and automating workflows.
