Job Summary
Engagement Manager for a mid-market portfolio: own end-to-end client journey from rollout through adoption, expansion, and renewal; build tailored success plans grounded in each client's goals; drive adoption and retention through structured enablement and trusted advisory relationships; lead renewals and identify growth opportunities; monitor health metrics to spot disengagement, resolve issues, and protect retention; collaborate with AI tooling and Legal Engineering to surface relevant use cases; work within Legora's playbooks and mentor Engagement Associates; in-office collaboration at Union Square HQ (5 days/week) in New York.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in management consulting, client advisory, a customer-facing role in B2B SaaS, or the legal field, owning client relationships
- Track record of driving measurable adoption, retention, and expansion
- Strong stakeholder instincts and EQ — comfortable engaging at all levels of a client organization
- Exposure to legal teams, regulated industries, or legal tech a plus; curiosity to learn complex environments fast
- Builder who automates — fluent with AI, creates leverage by building and automating workflows
