Job Summary
Engagement Manager to lead healthcare market access consulting projects, mentor analysts/consultants, manage client interactions and expectations, develop client presentations, and drive delivery of pricing and market access strategies. Responsibilities include directing project work streams, providing clear direction to project teams, ensuring deliverables are met with accurate, well-cited data, leading primary and secondary research with payers and key opinion leaders, synthesizing insights, developing recommendations, building client relationships, attending and leading client meetings, and contributing to practice development and mentoring.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree; 3-5 years of consulting or related business analytics/strategy experience within the healthcare space; knowledge of global pricing & market access; strong MS Office literacy (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
