Job Summary
Engagement Manager leads project teams of Associates and Senior Associates to solve complex commercial, operational, and financial challenges for aviation sector clients. Responsibilities include conducting market research, performing quantitative and qualitative analyses, developing analytical and financial models, becoming an expert on aviation issues across the value chain, presenting study results, drafting deliverables, and supporting the professional development of team members. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, contributing to IP development, and supporting targeted business development with current and new clients. Travel is expected (domestic and overseas) 25-50%.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in a quantitative, problem solving, or critical reasoning discipline from a top educational institution (e.g., business, finance, mathematics, engineering, statistics)
- 6-9 years of aviation/aerospace industry working experience and/or relevant consultancy work experience; experience managing analytical teams
- Strong analytical skills and finance fundamentals
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (English)
- Willingness to travel 25-50% domestically and internationally
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and the full Microsoft Office suite
