Engagement Manager, Management Consulting

Engagement Managers lead teams of Associates and Senior Associates to help clients solve complex commercial, operational, and financial challenges in the aviation sector. Responsibilities include conducting market research, performing quantitative and qualitative analyses, developing analytical and financial models, becoming an expert on aviation industry issues across the full value chain, presenting results and draft deliverables, supporting professional development of junior staff, contributing to intellectual property, and aiding business development. The role requires strong interpersonal and management skills, finance fundamentals, proficiency in Excel, and the ability to work under pressure. Travel to client locations domestically and overseas is required (25-50%). A degree in a quantitative discipline is preferred, with 6-9 years of relevant experience and experience managing analytical teams. The base salary is $170,000-$180,000, and applicants must have appropriate work authorization for the chosen office location; visa sponsorship is not provided.
