Job Summary
Engagement Manager responsible for the end-to-end customer journey for a portfolio of accounting firms, from post-sale onboarding through adoption and renewal. Coordinate on-site implementation sessions (typically 2-day engagements), manage logistics and stakeholder alignment, and drive pilots from conversion to paid, renewals, and expansion. Build trusted relationships with firm partners, tax managers, and operations leaders; translate customer feedback into product insights in collaboration with Tax Engineers. Drive product adoption through structured enablement plans and proactive outreach, monitor customer health metrics to reduce churn, and manage 20 to 40 concurrent engagements. Requires 4+ years in a customer-facing role in a B2B SaaS or professional services environment, strong PM and communication skills, and willingness to travel 30-50%. Experience with accounting firms or tax professionals is a plus. Location: Lehi, Utah (on-site with travel). Compensation is competitive base, variable, and equity.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in customer success, engagement management, account management, or a similar customer-facing role in a B2B SaaS or professional services environment
- A track record of driving customer retention, expansion, and satisfaction
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Commercial instinct
- Willingness to travel for on-site engagements (estimated 30 to 50% travel)
- Experience working with accounting firms, tax professionals, or other professional services customers is a strong plus but not required
