Engagement Manager I, Northern Plains

Engagement Manager I responsible for executing industry-leading medical device B2C sales in the Northern Plains territory (Minnesota, North Dakota, Northern Wisconsin, NE Iowa). The role is fully remote with up to 60% travel including overnight stays and weekends. Key duties include acting as the Cochlear product expert to candidates and professional partners, nurturing candidates, launching products, implementing consumer marketing and community relationships, coordinating candidate education events, and collaborating with B2B teams to grow Cochlear implantable technology adoption.
