Job Summary
Engagement Manager for Healthcare Program Integrity responsible for owning strategic client relationships, driving business growth, and ensuring successful delivery of services. Serves as primary onsite contact for assigned accounts, collaborates with internal teams to understand client needs, surface opportunities, manage risks, and optimize client satisfaction and retention. Drives account growth through identifying cross-selling/upsell opportunities, supports contract renewals, and ensures delivery quality with cross-functional teams. Requires strong leadership in stakeholder management, governance, financial planning, and program management to align client objectives with service delivery, governance reviews, and strategic recommendations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
- 6-9+ years of experience in account management, customer success, program management, or client partner roles
- Proven track record of managing enterprise clients and strategic accounts while achieving revenue growth and client satisfaction goals
- Strong command of account management, business development, program and project management, and contract and commercial management
- Strong financial planning, forecasting, and risk and issue management capabilities
- Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder-influencing skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools, reporting platforms, and account planning methodologies
- Experience handling executive-level client interactions and governance forums
