Job Summary
Conduct financial analysis, review financial statements, and provide strategic insights to clients for better decision-making. Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships by acting as the primary point of contact to address concerns and ensure satisfaction. Identify potential risks in engagements and develop mitigation strategies while staying abreast of changes in accounting regulations and industry trends. Implement quality control measures and conduct periodic project reviews to uphold high standards in service delivery. Manage cross-functional teams to oversee project delivery and ensure successful execution of accounting services.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or another related program
- 2+ years of proven experience in accounting, with a focus on client management and project oversight
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial analysis, and regulatory compliance
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
- Strong accounting, analytical, and research skills
