Job Summary
Lead the design and optimization of fraud detection and prevention strategies across the application, account, and transaction lifecycle. Serve as the main client contact for C-level stakeholders, tracking fraud trends and refining rules to balance loss, approvals, and customer experience. Assess strategy performance by monitoring detection rates, false positives, and manual review metrics, then recommend improvements while overseeing decisioning implementation on platforms like Actimize, FICO, or SAS. Own test-and-learn initiatives by designing champion-challenger tests, measuring lift, and codifying winners. Align with Operations on case workflows and agent playbooks, while leading analytical projects with offshore teams to ensure smooth execution.
