Engagement Manager, Financial Technology Practice

Manage consulting engagement deliveries across geographies, overseeing 3-4 programs end-to-end while building strong client relationships for smooth execution. Lead team and client meetings, maintain ownership of deliverables, and ensure project compliance with timely completion and necessary QA. Assist in mining client relationships by supporting the Partner/Director in business development and cross-sell activities. Develop a strong understanding of the Cedar toolbox to leverage it in projects, while enhancing delivery toolkits and promotional support for practice development. Contribute to brand building through articles, thought-leadership content, and industry engagements. Requires an MBA/Masters in Banking, Finance, or Management from a top-tier school, 7-10 years of relevant experience, and a proven track record of delivery leadership.
