Job Summary
Engagement Manager, Europe will own a book of post-sales customers in Europe from onboarding through adoption and expansion, leading transformation journeys, building change-management strategies, and driving revenue growth. You will partner with Design & Engineering to translate customer feedback into product decisions, articulate Ramp's impact in CFO-language, and position Ramp’s finance capabilities as fundamental changes to how a customer’s finance team operates. You will operate without a handoff, aligning activation to ongoing value realization, and you will be on the ground in London with accountability from day one. The role requires strong commercial instincts, ability to move customers from implementation to sustained value, and comfort working across finance stakeholders while frequently traveling within the UK and Europe. Nice-to-haves include multilingual capabilities, experience in high-growth environments, fintech/SaaS exposure, and entrepreneurial activity.
