Job Summary
Senior Engagement Manager for enterprise accounts: own the most complex engagements end-to-end from rollout through adoption, expansion, and renewal; design value strategy across the client relationship; drive executive relationships and coordinate with Legal Engineering to surface high-value use cases; lead expansion and renewal conversations with commercial acumen and align internal teams to drive long-term client value; identify growth opportunities, automate workflows, and build scalable adoption and expansion motions; coach Engagement Managers and Associates, and contribute to evolving the engagement playbook. In-person collaboration at our Union Square HQ in New York City five days per week.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years in management consulting, client advisory, or a comparable strategic, client-facing field, owning complex, high-value accounts
- A track record of driving measurable adoption, retention, and expansion across a sophisticated book of business
- Experience building and sustaining senior, executive-level relationships — trusted as a strategic advisor
- Experience advising legal teams, regulated industries, or sophisticated professional services clients; legal tech or law firm experience a strong plus
- A builder who thrives in ambiguity and automates — fluent with AI and building/automating workflows
- Strong data fluency and a metrics-driven read on client health and outcomes, with sharp communication and storytelling
- A consultative coach — mentoring junior teammates and sharpening the playbook for the team
- A passion for in-office collaboration — we are in-office 5 days per week in our Union Square HQ
