Job Summary
Senior Engagement Manager to own the most complex enterprise engagements end-to-end for Legora's enterprise accounts, from rollout through adoption, expansion, and renewal. Design value strategies across the client relationship, drive adoption with executive relationships, lead renewal and upsell conversations, and build scalable engagement frameworks. Coach and lead Engagement Managers and Associates, collaborate with Legal Engineering to surface high-value use cases, and automate workflows using Legora's AI-native approach. This role emphasizes in-person collaboration with a Union Square, NYC-style HQ presence and requires 7+ years of relevant experience in a high-velocity, professional-services environment. In addition to delivering measurable client value, you will shape playbooks and advocate for data-driven client health improvements across a diverse, global enterprise book.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years in management consulting, client advisory, or a comparable strategic, client-facing field
- Experience driving adoption, retention, and expansion across a sophisticated book of business
- Experience building and sustaining senior, executive-level relationships
- Experience advising legal teams, regulated industries, or sophisticated professional services clients; legal tech or law firm experience a strong plus
- Fluent with AI and automating workflows
- Strong data fluency and a metrics-driven read on client health and outcomes
- A consultative coach — energized by sharing what works, mentoring junior teammates, and sharpening the playbook for the whole team
- A passion for in-office collaboration — in-office 5 days per week at Union Square HQ
