Job Summary
Senior Engagement Manager for enterprise accounts leading the most complex engagements end-to-end from rollout through adoption, expansion, and renewal. Design value strategies across client relationships, drive upsells and multi-team expansions, manage executive relationships, and coach teammates. Build scalable engagement playbooks and frameworks, collaborate with Legal Engineering to surface high-value use cases, and ensure long-term client retention. In-person role based in the West Loop office with global collaboration across Europe, APAC, and North America, focusing on high-value, regulated professional-services clients in legaltech.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years in management consulting, client advisory, or a comparable strategic, client-facing field
- experience owning complex, high-value accounts
- track record of driving adoption, retention, and expansion
- experience building and sustaining senior, executive-level relationships
- experience advising legal teams, regulated industries, or sophisticated professional services clients; legal tech or law firm experience a strong plus
- fluent with AI; ability to automate and build workflows
- strong data fluency and a metrics-driven read on client health and outcomes
- a consultative coach, mentoring junior teammates
- in-office collaboration expectation; in-office 5 days per week in West Loop
- ability to design value strategy across client relationships
- experience leading expansion and renewal conversations with commercial acumen
