Job Summary
Engagement Manager to lead a portfolio of enterprise life sciences client engagements from implementation through ongoing growth, serving as the primary strategic partner for Patient Services and Field Access programs. You’ll own client outcomes and expansion, advise leadership on strategy, nurture client relationships under pressure, influence product roadmaps through client feedback, and mentor junior colleagues while traveling ~25% to client sites.
Required Qualifications
- 5–8+ years of experience in SaaS delivery, customer success, account management, or strategic consulting
- Proven track record managing complex, multi-workstream engagements for enterprise clients
- Strong executive presence; comfortable presenting to leadership
- Sharp analytical instincts with data-backed recommendations
- Clear, direct communication translating complexity for clients, leadership, and internal teams
- Willingness to get hands-on with platform configuration and product details
- Experience or genuine interest in building expertise in the rare disease and specialty pharma ecosystem, patient journey, and healthcare technology
- Comfortable with client travel (~25% in-person at client locations)
