Job Summary
Conduct consultative sales activities to sign up Participants for health information exchange services and secure new contracts. Develop relationships with stakeholders to demonstrate product value, qualify leads from digital campaigns and events, and manage the full sales funnel to closure. Demonstrate HIE applications in group settings, explain fee schedules and provide accurate quotes, and collaborate on drafting agreements and managing red-line negotiations. Maintain accurate lead data in business applications, troubleshoot client issues promptly, and support the finance department with invoicing and account balance communications. Manage high-touch engagement with priority Participants through agenda development and key player tracking while participating in conferences and partner events.
Required Qualifications
- Understanding of the HIE landscape, including functionality, technology (HIT) and policy.
- Commitment to Contexture mission and strategic direction.
- Passion for improving healthcare.
- Excellent communications skills (including verbal, written and interpersonal communication), influencing and partnering skills at all organizational levels.
- Experience and comfort working with Senior Level executives.

- Working knowledge of clinical practice processes within various care settings, including clinical workflows.
- Minimum of 3+ years of consultative sales or consulting experience with payers and life insurance groups; preferably in healthcare IT or with a clinical background.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Healthcare Management, Information Systems, or a related discipline required.
- Valid driver's license.
- The position may require occasional availability for after-hours work, outside of regularly scheduled hours.
- The position may require the ability to periodically drive to and from clients, conferences and / or events; and / or limited travel.
Desired Qualifications
- MBA preferred.
- Experience with E.H.R. software systems a plus.
- Experience with CRM systems.
