Job Summary
Engagement Manager in Aviation Consulting based in Tokyo leads teams to conduct market research and perform quantitative and qualitative analysis; develops analytical and financial models; becomes an expert on aviation industry issues across the full value chain; presents results and drafts deliverables; supports the development of junior staff and the firm’s intellectual property; and assists with targeted business development and identifying new opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- 6-9 years aviation/aerospace industry experience or relevant consultancy experience
- Degree in a quantitative, problem-solving, or critical reasoning discipline from a top educational institution preferred (e.g., business, finance, mathematics, engineering, statistics)
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent interpersonal, team management, and teambuilding skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office
- Excellent verbal and written English communication; foreign language capabilities are a plus
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines
- Willingness to travel domestically and overseas 25-50% of the time
