Job Summary
Engagement Manager leading and mentoring analysts/consultants, directing project streams, and guiding client interaction to deliver on pricing and market access strategies in healthcare. Responsibilities include building and leading project work streams, providing clear direction to project teams, managing plans to meet client deliverables, developing pricing/market access strategies leveraging analytics, cultivating client relationships, leading client meetings, and ensuring data accuracy. Required qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree, 3-5 years in healthcare-focused consulting or analytics, pricing/market access experience with payer/provider/patient analytics, strong MS Office and coding/presentation skills; preferred advanced degrees (Master’s or PhD) and additional domain capabilities in science/economics/engineering/CS. The role emphasizes synthesizing insights from diverse data assets and mentoring/team development.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, with a record of academic excellence
- 3-5 years of consulting or related business analytics experience, healthcare space
- Experience of global pricing & market access in healthcare consulting or pharmaceutical industry
- Payer, Provider and Patient analytics utilizing Rx Claims, Mx Claims, Remittance Data and Formulary insights
- Strong MS Office literacy (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Ability to work across multiple workstreams and create a seamless story across multiple data outputs
- Strong Coding Skills
- Strong Presentation Skills
