Engagement Director

Facilitate engagement programs that promote a vibrant lifestyle while modeling appropriate and successful engagement of residents for community staff. Lead planning for special events, parties, and larger events for the entire community, including Memory Care, and coordinate outings and partnerships with the community at large to enhance the overall engagement experience. Develop relationships with volunteer programs, cultural, artistic, and intergenerational groups to provide resources that support these initiatives. Directly supervise Engagement Coordinators and/or Transportation staff, as well as indirectly supervise Wellness team members regarding engagement assignments and duties. This full-time, salary-exempt role at Vitality Living Hendersonville Community requires at least two years of similar experience and involves leading a team dedicated to creating meaningful experiences for residents and families.
