Job Summary
Engagement Delivery Manager leading third-party oversight for supplier engagements at JPMC, focusing on risk and performance monitoring, contract and regulatory compliance, and governance. Manages and escalates supplier risks, supports quarterly scorecards and quarterly business reviews, and ensures regulatory and outsourcing notification requirements are met. Works with Legal, Sourcing, Technology Risk & Controls, SRE, Location Governance, and the Third Party Oversight Team to enable contract addenda, extensions, and issue resolution. Maintains documentation for TPO activities, keeps vendor tools up to date, and navigates timelines and blockers with stakeholders. Requires a proven track record in vendor management, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration, with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience or equivalent in third party oversight, vendor management or relevant domain area
- Demonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities
- Ability to foster cross-functional collaboration and build partnerships in vendor management and compliance
- Strong problem solving, tenacity and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to convey information clearly
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
