Job Summary
Delivery Director (Manufacturing) to lead complex Professional Services engagements for Salesforce with executive stakeholders, drive program strategy, KPIs, and execution across multi-cloud platforms; responsible for P&L impact, client relationships, risk management, and collaboration with Sales, Success, and executive sponsors; requires 10+ years PM experience, 5+ years Salesforce experience, and an undergraduate degree (MBA a plus); travel ~25%; base salary range $164k-$261.5k with location-specific ranges; role involves guiding delivery teams, fostering executive alignment, and expanding customer partnerships.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of project management experience
- 5+ years using/implementing the Salesforce platform
- Undergraduate degree; relevant technical or business (MBA) post-graduate degree is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead large, enterprise-scale programs
- Travel about 25%
