Job Summary
Lead frontline operations by training and mentoring Associates on register transactions, policies, and procedures. Promote a highly satisfied customer experience by addressing concerns promptly, driving loyalty initiatives, and updating the team on feedback and goals. Manage cash controls, including change funds and paperwork audits, while assigning registers and coordinating breaks for optimized coverage. Monitor equipment, maintain merchandising standards, and ensure adherence to operational, loss prevention, and safety policies. Report hazards and handle damages or markouts of stock as needed. Work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends, with a starting pay of $16.75 to $17.25 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- High School graduate or equivalent degree
- Available to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- Able to work as a team member
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Able to lift heavy merchandise with/without reasonable accommodations
- Able to train and provide direction to others
- Able to run a register/handle money
- Must be able to handle confidential information with discretion
- Experience as a coordinator or previous retail/supervisory experience
Desired Qualifications
