Job Summary
Lead frontline customer experience by addressing concerns promptly, updating associates on feedback, and driving loyalty through targeted programs. Train and mentor associates on register transactions, policies, and procedures while providing constructive performance feedback. Manage cash controls, including the change fund, and assign registers to optimize coverage across the sales floor. Monitor equipment, maintain merchandising standards, and ensure adherence to operational and loss prevention protocols. Audit paperwork, handle damages, and report safety hazards to maintain a secure environment. This role requires a high school graduate with retail or supervisory experience, available for flexible evening and weekend shifts. Starting pay ranges from $16.00 to $16.50 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- High School graduate or equivalent degree
- Available to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- Able to work as a team member
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Able to lift heavy merchandise with/without reasonable accommodations
- Able to train and provide direction to others
- Able to run a register/handle money
- Must be able to handle confidential information with discretion
- Experience as a coordinator or previous retail/supervisory experience
