Job Summary
Conduct frontline customer service and drive loyalty through programs while addressing concerns promptly. Train and mentor Associates on policies, procedures, and register transactions; assign registers and coordinate breaks for optimized coverage. Monitor cash controls, audit paperwork, and maintain merchandising standards within the queue-line. Report safety hazards, adhere to operational and loss prevention policies, and handle damages or markouts of stock. Work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- High School graduate or equivalent degree
- Available to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- Able to work as a team member
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Able to lift heavy merchandise with/without reasonable accommodations
- Able to train and provide direction to others
- Able to run a register/handle money
- Must be able to handle confidential information with discretion
- Experience as a coordinator or previous retail/supervisory experience
Desired Qualifications
- High School graduate or equivalent degree preferred
