Job Summary
Engagement Coordinator responsible for leading frontline customer experiences, training and mentoring Associates on policies and cashier responsibilities, ensuring cash controls and safe operations, and promoting a high-satisfaction customer experience. Will train and mentor Associates, manage register operations, monitor merchandising standards, uphold safety and loss-prevention procedures, coordinate breaks and staffing for optimal frontline coverage, and contribute to store-wide initiatives across multiple areas of the retail environment. Must be able to work flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends; strong interpersonal and customer service skills; ability to train others and handle confidential information; prior coordinator or supervisory retail experience preferred. Location: York, PA; starting pay range $14.25-$14.75 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- High School graduate or equivalent preferred
- Experience as a coordinator or previous retail/supervisory experience preferred
