Job Summary
Engagement coordinator role focusing on leading front-line cashier execution and customer experience at a HomeGoods store. Responsibilities include training and mentoring Associates on policies and procedures, managing register operations and cash controls, coordinating breaks for optimal frontline coverage, recognizing and giving feedback on cashier performance, maintaining merchandising standards and store cleanliness, handling customer concerns promptly, communicating company initiatives and goals to Associates, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and loss-prevention procedures. Requires strong interpersonal and customer service skills, ability to work in a team, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends. Previous coordinator or supervisory retail experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High School graduate or equivalent preferred
- Available to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- Able to work as a team member

- Able to lift heavy merchandise with/without reasonable accommodations
