Job Summary
Engagement Coordinator for HomeGoods stores at TJX supports frontline leadership to deliver a highly-satisfied customer experience, drives loyalty initiatives, trains and mentors Associates on policies and procedures, ensures compliance with labor laws and safety standards, and maintains merchandising, loss prevention, and store-operational standards. The role requires strong interpersonal and customer-service skills, the ability to work across multiple store areas as needed, and a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. This position emphasizes teamwork, discretion with confidential information, and contributing to a positive, engaging store environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School graduate or equivalent degree preferred
- Experience as a coordinator or previous retail/supervisory experience preferred
