Job Summary
Plan, implement, and promote activities to enhance residents' quality of life while safely transporting them in community buses or vehicles. Facilitate engagement programs that model successful resident interaction and create customized experiences based on preferences reported in the resident life journal. Coordinate outings, special events, and external partnerships to improve the overall engagement experience. Effectively communicate with individuals living with Alzheimer's disease or related dementia to promote their success. Perform other duties as assigned by the Executive Director, Engagement Director, or Memory Care Director. This part-time role is located at Seabrook at Murrells Inlet Community.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to facilitate dignified, purposeful, and individualized programming to meet the needs of residents, family, and team members
- Effectively communicate with and engage individuals with Alzheimer's disease or related dementia in a manner that promotes their success and quality of life
- Computer skills
- Must have a valid driver's license
