Engagement Coordinator - Part Time

Plan, implement, and promote activities to enhance the quality of life for residents. Safely transport residents in community buses or vehicles according to schedule. Facilitate engagement programs that promote a vibrant lifestyle by modeling appropriate and successful resident engagement. Create personalized engagement based on resident preferences, experiences, and lifelong interests reported in their life journals. Coordinate outings, special events, and partnerships with the greater community to enhance the overall engagement experience. Perform other duties as assigned by the Executive Director, Engagement Director, or Memory Care Director. This part-time role supports the Oasis at Coral Reef Community mission to create meaningful experiences for residents, families, and team members.
