Job Summary
Engagement Coordinator role focused on leading student recruitment and enrollment efforts for multiple schools, overseeing outreach strategy, event execution, and CRM-driven engagement to meet enrollment goals. Responsibilities include managing school tours and information sessions, building partnerships with local agencies, maintaining data integrity and enrollment documentation, coordinating with marketing and outreach teams, and guiding prospective families through the enrollment process. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or 2 years’ equivalent experience in student recruitment, enrollment, sales, and/or customer service.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a school or educational setting.
- Availability for evening/weekend work and multi-day travel is required to support outreach events.
- Experience with CRM platforms and lead management tools.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and virtual platforms (Zoom, Teams).
- Ability to travel up to 50% in performance of job duties is required.
