Job Summary

Engagement Coordinator responsible for implementing student recruitment strategies to meet enrollment goals, serving as the primary point of contact for prospective families, and promoting the school’s programs. Leads outreach and partnership efforts with community agencies, oversees enrollment documentation and data integrity, analyzes enrollment trends, manages local events (e.g., school fairs, information sessions), schedules tours/open houses, and supports reenrollment and retention activities. Collaborates with marketing, maintains CRM-driven communications, and ensures a positive applicant experience for diverse families. Requires strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to work flexible hours and travel as needed. This is a remote position with hybrid arrangements in the Cleveland, OH area.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or 2 years’ equivalent experience in student recruitment, enrollment, sales, and/or customer service
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a school or educational setting
  • Availability for evening/weekend work and multi-day travel is required to support outreach events
  • Experience with CRM platforms and lead management tools
  • Proficiency in MS Office and virtual communication platforms; ability to travel up to 50%
