Job Summary
Engagement Coordinator responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing company-wide and team-level events (in-person and virtual) throughout the year, organizing monthly office luncheons and celebrations, managing event logistics (venues, catering, vendors, budgets, schedules), partnering with managers to align events with culture and engagement goals, collecting feedback to improve employee experience initiatives, drafting and publishing HR-related communications and a monthly company newsletter, supporting employee recognition programs, maintaining a structured recognition program, tracking participation and metrics, collaborating with HR leadership on engagement surveys, and assisting the HR team with administrative tasks. The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, comfort with budgets and travel, and the ability to operate in a dynamic environment.
Required Qualifications

- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
