Job Summary
Plan, implement, and promote activities to enhance quality of life for residents. Safely transport residents in community buses or vehicles according to schedule. Facilitate engagement programs that promote a vibrant lifestyle by modeling appropriate resident interaction. Create customized engagement based on resident preferences and interests documented in life journals. Coordinate outings, special events, and community partnerships to improve overall resident experiences. Perform other duties as assigned by leadership. Requires a valid driver's license and computer skills. Full-time position with medical, dental, and vision insurance, generous PTO, attendance bonuses, and 401k.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to facilitate dignified, purposeful, and individualized programming to meet the needs of residents, family, and team members
- Effectively communicate with and engage individuals with Alzheimer's disease or related dementia in a manner that promotes their success and quality of life
- Computer skills
- Must have a valid driver's license
